摘要
通过模流分析软件Moldflow Plastic Insight(MPI),结合生产实际对鼠标下盖塑件进行了浇口位置和大小设计,并对熔体充填的平衡性、流动前沿温度、熔合线等进行了分析,针对鼠标下盖易发生翘曲变形的现象,提出了通过对工艺参数的调整,减小翘曲量的具体方法。
Based on the actual use demand, the sprue location and size of the mouse bottom are determined by means of plastic flow analysis software Moldflow Plastic Insight, and the balance of filling, temperature at flow front , weld lines are analyzed too. Finally, a specific method of reducing the warpage through adjusting process parameters is proposed for the warpage of mouse bottom.
