电厂锅炉变煤种掺烧问题研究 被引量:34

摘要 针对目前电厂锅炉在燃用混煤时易出现的结渣严重、排烟温度高、管壁超温和制粉系统爆炸等问题,对电厂在变煤种掺烧过程中常见的煤质特性、影响掺烧比例确定的因素、掺烧方式选取的原则、运行特性评价指标等进行了分析,并给出了掺烧煤种选择、运行管理和煤场管理方面的建议,指出电厂在燃料采购时应结合锅炉设备的适应能力和煤场堆、配煤条件,在锅炉运行时通过配煤掺烧试验确定掺烧比例、掺烧方式和较佳的锅炉运行方式,可以提高锅炉的安全经济性和对煤种的适应能力。 Aiming at those problems which often appear during blending coal burning such as serious slagging, high flue gas temperature, over-high tube wall temperature and bombing in coal milling system, many key problems were introduced and analyzed such as characteristics analysis of blending coal, influencing factors in blending proportion selection, selection laws of blending methods and evaluation parameters of boiler performance. Suggestions about blending coal selection, operation management and coal yard management were also given. It was pointed out that the adaptability of boiler and its auxiliary appliances and the conditions about coal storing, taking and blending should be considered. Safety, economy and adaptability of boiler may be greatly improved if blending proportion, blending methods and optimum boiler operation parameters are determined by combustion tests in boiler during burning blending coal.
