针刺对急性脑梗死患者血浆脑源性神经营养因子及神经生长因子水平的影响 被引量:21

Influence of Acupuncture on the Plasma Brain-derived Neurotrophic Factor and Nerve Growth Factor of Acute Cerebral Infarction Patients

摘要 目的通过观察针刺对急性脑梗死患者血浆脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)、神经生长因子(NGF)水平的影响,为临床脑梗死急性期的针刺治疗提供理论依据。方法将50例急性脑梗死患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各25例,两组均予常规治疗,治疗组在此基础上同时予针刺治疗,每日1次,连续治疗2周。分别在治疗前后检测两组患者BDNF、NGF含量并进行神经功能缺损程度评分。结果两组患者治疗后BDNF、NGF均较本组治疗前明显增高(P<0.05或P<0.01),治疗组升高程度优于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。两组患者治疗后神经功能缺损评分均较治疗前明显减少(P<0.01),且治疗组减少程度优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论常规治疗配合针刺干预有助于提高急性脑梗死患者脑源性BDNF、NGF的表达,进而促进患者神经功能的康复,这可能是针刺治疗急性脑梗死的机理之一。 Objective To observe the influence of acupuncture on the plasma brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) and nerve growth factor (NGF) of acute cerebral infarction patients to provide the theoretical evidence for using acupuncture in the treatment of cerebral infarction in the acute stage. Methods Fifty acute cerebral infarction patients were randomized into treatment group and control group with 25 in each. Both groups were given routine treatment,based on which the treatment group was added with acupuncture,once a day,2 weeks in succession. Before and after treatment,the content of BDNF and NGF of both groups was detected and neurological deficit score was used for evaluation. Results After treatment,the content of BDNF and NGF of the two groups was significantly increased (P〈0.05 or P〈0.01),and the increase in the treatment group was more remarkable than in the control group (P〈0.05 or P〈0.01). The neurological deficit score of all patients was significantly decreased after treatment (P〈0.01),and the decrease in the treatment group was more remarkable than in the control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion The routine treatment plus acupuncture helps to improve the expression of BDNF and NGF of the acute cerebral infarction patients. This might be the part machanism of acupuncture in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.
