摘要
采用了5种测试乳化燃油稳定性的方法,对影响生物燃油与柴油乳化稳定性的因数进行了实验研究。实验结果表明:生物燃油含量在10%~30%范围内,乳化燃油的稳定性相对较好,但当生物燃油的含量达到40%时稳定性急剧降低;随着乳化剂用量的增多,乳化型生物柴油的稳定性相应提高,但过高会影响乳化燃油经济性;当乳化温度超过40℃时,乳液稳定性随着下降;超声乳化稳定性好于机械乳化;在40℃以下存放,乳化柴油的稳定性基本保持不变。
Five methods for testing stability of emulsified bio-diesel are adopted in this paper,and factors which influenced the stability of bio-oil and diesel emulsion are studied. Experiment results indicated: when bio-oil content is within 10%~30%,stability of emulsified bio-diesel is relatively better;when bio-oil content achieves 40%,the stability falls sharply;with the increasing of emulsifier,the stability of emulsion-type bio-diesel improves relatively,but it will affect economy if the emulsifier content is too high;when emulsion temperature is more than 40 ℃,emulsion stability declines relatively,and the stability of phacoemusification is better than mechanical emulsification;and when temperature below 40 ℃,the stability of emulsion bio-diesel basically remains unchanged.
