摘要
目的探讨针灸对2型糖尿病大鼠胰岛素、抵抗素的作用。方法将造模成功的大鼠按随机化原则分为针刺组、西药组、模型组,同时将普食组大鼠作为正常对照组,每组各8只。针刺组大鼠放入固定器中,取"后三里"(相当于足三里)、内庭和胰俞穴针刺治疗;西药组用罗格列酮灌胃,模型组用双蒸水灌胃,1次/d,连续4周。实验结束后,处死动物取材,检测胰岛素、抵抗素。结果针刺组在血糖、血脂明显降低的同时,血清胰岛素、抵抗素显著降低。结论针灸对2型糖尿病大鼠血清胰岛素、抵抗素有明显降低作用,从而有效改善胰岛素抵抗。
Objective To explore the effects of acupuncture on insulin and resistin in rats with type 2 diabetes.Methods All modeled rats were randomly divided into the acupuncture group,Western medicinal group and model group,and other general feeding rats were assigned as the normal group（each n=8）.The acupuncture group was given acupuncture treatment by needling in the acupoints of Housanli[Zusanli（ST36）],Neiting（ST44） and Yishu,the Western medicinal group was given Rosiglitazone orally and the model group,double-distilled water orally,once daily for 4 weeks.The levels of serum insulin and resistin were detected at the end of the experiment.Results In the acupuncture group the level of plasma glucose and blood fat decreased significantly,at the same time,the levels of serum insulin and resistin decreased significantly too.Conclusion Acupuncture can obviously reduce the levels of serum insulin and resistin in rats with type 2 diabetes in order to attenuate insulin resistance.
