摘要
包络法加工复杂曲面中,其复杂曲面的形成与铣刀的轮廓有着直接的关系。基于刀具是回转体的的基本特征,在刀具统一参数表达的基础上,给出了刀具扫描体的显式求解公式和单位法向矢量的求解公式。根据不同的参数取值,计算了常用铣刀的刀具表达式。该方法简单,计算效率高,为数控加工仿真的通用算法打下基础。
In Machining of Complex Surface by Enveloping Method,the formation of complex surface has a direct relationship with milling profile.Based on such a notion which tools are the basic characteristics of revolution in this paper,and the expressions of tool unified parameter,the explicit solving formulas and unit normal vector solving formulas of tool swept volume are given.According to different parameters,the expressions of common milling are calculated.The method is simple,computational efficiency is high,and lays the roots for the general algorithm of CNC machining simulation.
