摘要
山西省万家寨引黄工程南干线4、5、6、7#隧洞长约90,采用四台双护盾全断面掘进机(TBM)施工。在TBM施工中将会遇到地下水、岩溶、膨胀岩、土洞、断层破碎带等不良地质条件。作者根据引黄工程总干线6、7、8#隧洞TBM施工的经验和教训及国内外TBM施工的有关工程资料,对南干线复杂地质段TBM施工的有关问题进行了探讨,可供当前工程施工参考。
The Length of No.4,5,6 and 7 tunnels in the South Main Line of the YRDP is about 90 km,they are to be constructed with double-shield and full-face tunnel boring machine.The poor geologic conditions such as high groundwater level,karst,swelling rock,earth tunnel and fracture zone of fault are expected to be met in the construction.In view of these facts,the writer has presented some proposals according to the experiences and lessons obtained in YRDP's construction and other engineering data,for instance,that the pilot grouting and drainage should be done beforehand for tunnel section which lies under groundwater level,that ring channel bar support may be adopted respectively according to the karst degree for tunnel section lying in karst area and that the excavation section should be amplified properly for swelling rock tunnel section have been presented.
