摘要
根据中试试验,确定了热轧马氏体双相钢的最优成份,同时基于低温卷曲马氏体双相钢相变原理,设计其生产工艺流程及参数以实现精确控轧控冷工艺。轧制实验结果表明,产品各项力学性能指标均达到要求。
The optimal component of hot-rolled martensite dual phase steel was determined by pilot tests.Based on the phase transition theory of low temperature-coiled martensite dual phase steel,its production process and parameters were designed to achieve a precise control of cooling process.Rolling experimental results showed that the mechanical properties of products met the requirements.
