摘要
大学生思想政治教育的基本过程是沟通过程,沟通需要讲方式、方法。"非正式"沟通有参与性、灵活性、及时性等特点,它有着"正式"沟通无可比拟的优势,在大学生思想政治教育中合理运用"非正式"沟通方式,以增强教育效果。
College students＇ ideological and political education is the basic process of communication,communication mode needs the method to communicate with each others.Informal communication is participation,flexibility,timeliness,it has advantage to formal communication in ideological and political education.In the retional use of informal communication mode,that can enhance education effect.
