摘要
目的:研究吴茱萸乙醚提取物、正丁醇提取物、挥发油、水提物对绿脓杆菌的抑菌作用。方法:用乙醚脱脂,得乙醚提取物;将乙醚脱脂后的吴茱萸用70%乙醇提取,正丁醇萃取,得正丁醇提取物1、2、3;用挥发油提取器提取挥发油;用蒸馏水加热回流法提取水提物。用以上提取物分别进行抑菌试验。测定吴茱萸正丁醇提取物1、2中的总皂苷、总黄酮的含量。结果:试验表明正丁醇提取物1、2、3和残渣均在31.25mg/mL时对临床绿脓杆菌仍有抑菌作用;挥发油在1.25%时对临床绿脓杆菌仍有抑菌作用;乙醚提取物对标准绿脓杆菌的MIC为250mg/mL,对临床绿脓杆菌的MIC为125mg/mL;水提物对标准绿脓杆菌无抑制作用,对临床绿脓杆菌的MIC为125mg/mL。正丁醇提取物1、2的总皂苷含量测定结果为28.71%、31.27%;总黄酮的含量分别为43.25%、44.31%。结论:研究提示正丁醇提取物1、2、3和残渣及挥发油对绿脓杆菌有明显的抑菌作用,四者之间的抑菌作用没有显著性区别。水提物和乙醚提取物对绿脓杆菌有抑制作用,抑菌作用比正丁醇提取物、残渣和挥发油的作用弱。
Objective:To study the antibacterial function of rutaecarpa ether extract,n-butanol extract,volatile oil and aqueous extract.Methods:Ethyl ether extract was obtained by skimming ether,and rutaecarpa defatted with ether was extrated by 70% ethanol,then n-butanol extracts 1,2,3 were got;volatile oil was collected with volatile-oil extractor,and water extract was abstrated by distilled water heating reflux extraction methods.All above extracts were put into studies of antimicrobial studies.Fotal saponins,and flavonoids contents in rutaecarpa 1,2 n-butanol extract were determined.Results:The experiments showed that the n-butanol extract 1,2,3,and its residues in 31,25mg/mL were still bacteriostasis for clinical Pseudomonas aeruginosa and 1.25 percent of volatile oil had anti-bacteria furction for clinical Pseudomonas aeruginosa;the extract rate for ether to MIC of standard Pseudomonas aeruginosa was 250mg/mL,to MIC of chinical Pseudomonas aeruginosa was 125mg/mL;water extract had no effectiveness to MIC of standard Pseudomonas aeruginosa and to MIC of clinical Pseudomonas aeruginosa at 125mg/mL.The total saponins contents determined in 1,2 n-butanol extract were 28.71%,31.27%;and the total contents of flavonoids were 43.25%,44.31% respectively.Conclusion:The experiments show that 1,2,3 n-butanol extract and its residues and volatile oil had apparent antibacteria function to Pseudomonas aeruginosa significantly,and among the four extracts,there is no significant difference in Bacteriostasis.Water extract and ether extract have bacteriostasis to Pseudomonas aeruginosa,but the function is weaker than that of n-butanol extract and volatile oil residues.
