摘要
文章以福州为例,探讨全球化时代地方文化的外宣翻译与传播。文章认为,当前的地方文化外宣翻译活动处于附庸地位,十分不利于现代化城市形象的树立。为此,要从传播的视角看待外语翻译,以传导城市形象为灵魂,建立完整体系,开展独立、系统、有组织的规划、监管和符合传播规律的文化外宣翻译活动。
This paper, based on Fuzhou external propaganda materials,mainly discuss overseas-oriented publicity translation and transmission in the era of globalization. The essay points out some existing problems in current translation work which is unfavorable to establish the image of city.Thus, it is significant to develop complete system,make independent and organized plans to supervise external publicity translation activities from new transmission persperctive.
