摘要
设计了一种新型的步进电机加速起动控制系统。利用RS触发器的输出特性设计了一种自动加速起动电路,克服了软件延时和硬件定时的缺点。步进电机以低速起动,采用离散逼近法升速曲线经过三级加速后能在高速环境下稳定运行。硬件上采用PC104单板微机作为控制器,使得系统稳定可靠,软件开发周期缩短。试验结果表明,该系统控制方便、性能良好。
A new type of accelerate starting system for stepper motor was developed. Speed can automatically accelerate due to the output characteristics of RS trigger, without shortcomings of the two traditional methods. The soft-ware development cycle was shorten by using PC104 as the controller, and the system runs stably. The results showed that, the system was easy to control, and had good performance.
