摘要
以小琴丝竹、青皮竹、粉箪竹、钓鱼竹、慈竹、罗汉竹、大叶凤尾竹、斑竹、硬头黄竹和苦竹为材料,在离体条件下进行低温胁迫处理,测定相应的生理指标。灰色关联分析结果表明,不同竹种低温胁迫后,其相对电导率、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、可溶性蛋白含量、过氧化物酶(POD)活性和脯氨酸含量与抗寒性有较强的关联度,可以作为评价竹抗寒性的指标。根据与竹子抗寒性有较强关联度的生理指标对不同竹种进行聚类分析,可以很好地评定不同竹种的抗寒性。
The physiological indicators were detected in Bambusa multiplex ' Alphonse-Karr' , Bambusa textiles, Lingnania chungii, PhyUostachys nigra vat. Henonis Stapf ex Rendle, Neosinocalamus affinis, Phyllostachys aurea, Bambusa multiples ' Fernleaf', Phyllostachys bambttsoides, Bambusa rigda, Pleioblastus amarus in vitro under the condition of low temperature stress. The results of gray correlative analysis showed that the relative conductivity (RPP), superoxide dismutase (SOD) activities, soluble protein content, peroxidase (POD) activities, proline content were closely correlated to cold-tolerance of bamboo. They could be used as the indexes of cold-tolerance evaluation in bamboo. The method of grey correlative and cluster analysis could be used for evaluation of cold-tolerance in the different bamboo varieties.
