摘要
此文在盆栽条件下研究了不同程度干旱胁迫对冬小麦根系抗旱特性的影响。结果表明:中度和严重水分胁迫条件下,单株根干重、根冠比和次生根数目增加,但冠干重降低,且烟农21根干重、冠干重、次生根数目均高于鲁麦21,说明烟农21根系形态抗旱性优于鲁麦21。中度水分胁迫和严重水分胁迫条件下,烟农21和鲁麦21根系活力均降低;各生育时期根系活力差异显著,拔节期>挑旗期>开花期>成熟期;烟农21根系活力降低幅度明显低于鲁麦21。中度和严重水分胁迫下,烟农21根系可溶性糖含量分别提高了32.8%、65.6%,脯氨酸含量分别提高了327%和514%。水分胁迫提高了两品种根系的超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)活性、过氧化物酶(POD)活性和丙二醛(MDA)含量。各生育期根系SOD、POD酶活性比较,开花期>挑旗期>拔节期>成熟期。说明烟农21抗旱性优于鲁麦21。
The experiment was conducted in pots to study the effects of different drought stress on drought-resistance index of winter wheat root. The results showed that drought stress led to root dry weight,shoot dry weight,secondary root number. Yannong 21 was better than Lumai 21 in morphology characters on drought resistance. There was significant differences in enzyme activity of Yannong 21 root in different stages:jointing stage〉flaging stage〉anthesis stage〉maturity stage,and drought stress decreased enzyme activity. The souble sugar content in root of Yannong 21 increased by 32.8%. 65.6% under moderate and serious water stress. And the proline content increased by 327% and 514%. The activity of superoxide dismutase and peroxidases and malonyl dialdehyde content increased under moderate and serious water stress. And there was different significant in the activity of SOD and POD in different stages:anthesis stage〉flaging stage〉jointing stage〉maturity stage,and drought resistance of Yannong 21 was higher than that of Lumai 21.
