摘要
本文研究了稻秸、麦秸、玉米秸、油菜秸、棉花秸等5种农作物秸秆能源利用的基本性能,测试了5种秸秆的收获含水率、田间失水规律及热值。结果表明:5种秸秆的收获含水率规律为:最高的是稻秸,其次为玉米秸和麦秸,最低的是油菜秸和棉花秸。5种秸秆热值的高低排位:棉花秸>油菜秸>玉米秸>麦秸>稻秸。按能源材料指标衡量,棉花秸是最理想的能源材料,稻秸是最差的能源材料。油菜秸、玉米秸和麦秸是热值比较接近的能源材料。
In this paper, the basic characteristics of rice straw, wheat straw, corn stalk, rape straw and cotton stalk used as biomass energy resources were introduced and their moisture content, the water loss law in fields and their calorific value based on field experiments and tests were determined. The results showed that the laws of harvest moisture content were that the rice straw was the highest, the next ones were the corn stalk and the wheat straw, and the rape straw and cotton stalk were the lowest. The order of their calorific value was : cotton stalk 〉 rape straw 〉 corn stalk 〉 wheat straw 〉 rice straw. Based on the index of energy materials, the cotton stalk was the most ideal material and rice straw was the worst.
