摘要
倾斜镜在恒星光干涉系统中起着矫正星光光路、保持相干光束平行的作用。倾斜镜的性能检测可从两方面进行:对于转角的检测,采用光干涉与计算机采集控制相结合的高精度检测系统;对于频响的检测,可采用光电二级管检测方法和高速CCD检测方法。
Tip/tilt mirror is used for rectifying starlight and keeping two beams of interferential light parallel in stellar interferometer. Test for performance of tip/tilt mirror is systematically expounded. A technique by using interferometer and computer controller is used for testing turning angle. Two techniques by using respectively optical-electro diode and high CCD are studied to test frequency of tip/tilt mirror, and frequency is successfully tested by using triangle wave of 250Hz.
