摘要
针对目前国内区域医疗信息化建设现状,提出要以政府为主导、以居民电子健康档案为基础、以安全性为原则,建立统一的数据平台。平台采取信息模块逻辑划分,各模块间提供相应的接口信息,包括:居民基本信息模块、居民健康体检信息模块、居民检验检查信息模块、居民诊疗信息模块、居民电子病历信息模块。平台系统将数据信息根据各信息模块的公共数据元进行重组和汇总,可大大方便各医疗机构的查阅,同时也可减轻平台负载.
Focusing on the current status of regional medical information construction at home, it puts forward that take government as the leading factor, the resident＇ s electronic health file as the base, and security as the principle, to set up the united data platform. This platform takes use of information module to make the logic partitioning, and the relevant interface messages are provided among modules, including resident＇ s basic information module, information module of resident＇ s health examination, information module of resident＇ s inspection and examination, information module of resident＇ s diagnosis and treatment, and information module of resident＇ s electronic medical record. The platform system makes reconstruction and collection on data information based on the public data element among information modules, which is greatly convenient for medical institutions to consult and can reduce the platform＇ s load.
