本文探讨了Y2O3 - Al2O3 添加剂在低温无压烧结SiC 中的作用以及在Y2O3 - Al2O3 添加剂中引入SiO2 的作用及机理,从而阐明了通过多项合理、有效复合添加降低SiC
The role of Y 2O 3-Al 2O 3 additives in low-temperature pressureless sintering of silicon carbide was investigated.The effect of SiO 2 introduced into Y 2O 3-Al 2O 3 additives was discussed.The results showed that it was possible to cut down the sintering temperature of silicon carbide by rational multiphase additives.
