废塑料与炼焦煤低温共焦化过程的研究 被引量:8

摘要 利用10g固定床反应器,分别进行了废塑料和八一焦煤、太钢炼焦配煤的低温共焦化实验,考察了共焦化产物的分布以及废塑料的添加对共焦化过程中净炼焦煤焦化产物收率的影响,并分析了半焦光学组织的变化情况.研究结果表明,废塑料的添加可提高焦油的产率,使半焦性质得到改善并可以节约炼焦煤;废塑料对共焦化过程中净焦煤焦化产物收率的影响随煤种而异. Using 10g fixed-bed reactor, co-carbonizations of two kinds of coking-coal (Bayi coal and Taigang mixing coal) with waste plastics Were studied respectively. The distribution of products from co-carbonization, the influence of addition of waste plastics on the carbonization yields of pure coking-coal and the variation of optical anisotropic textures of semi-coke were analysed. The results shown that the tar yield was increased and the quality of semi-coke was improved through the addition of waste plastics which can also take place of some caking coals to some extent. The effect of waste plastics on the distribution of products from carbonization of coal is different with various kinds of coal.
