摘要
采用绝热固定床反应器,在工业条件下(500r/h,1.0MPa~2.6MPa),对条形及片形Fe-Cu-K工业催化剂进行了F-T合成反应性考查及对比.两种催化剂中,条形催化剂费托合成反应性好,热点明显,CH4的选择性低,轻烃(C1—C5)产物分布与碳数的关系不呈明显S形;片形催化剂CH4的选择性高,轻烃(C1—C5)产物分布与碳数的关系呈明显S形.两种催化剂WGS反应性,Oil,Wax的选择性相当.由于CH4化反应,随着温度升高挤条催化剂Oil选择性降低,CH4选择性升高,并为催化剂的改进提供了数据.
Comparison and examine of F-T synthesis activity were studied over different shaped method (extrude and pellet) Fe-Cu-K industrial catalyst under industrial condition (500 r/h, 1. 0 MPa-2. 6 MPa) in a adiabatic fixed-bed reactor. During two kinds of catalysts, extrude catalyst has a better F-T synthesis activity, a more obvious heat point in catalyst bed, a lower selectivity of CH4, a less obvious S shape in effect of LHc (C1-C5) product distribution on carbon number. The two kinds of catalyst have an equivalent of the WGS reaction activity and the oil,wax selectivity. It may be because of the CH4 reaction that the oil selectivity is lower, the CH4 selectivity is larger when temperature is more higher.
