摘要
为了分析Q345D钢板探伤不合的原因,利用数码相机、扫描电镜、能谱仪和金相显微镜对钢板低倍、夹杂物和显微组织进行了观察分析。采用钢板轧制后堆垛缓冷的方法,提高了探伤合格率;通过对比,介绍了探伤合格的机理。
In order to investigate the causes of nonconformity in ultrasonic flaw detection of Q345D steel plate, observation and analysis have been made on the maerostructure, inclusions and microstructure of steel plate by means of digital camera, scanning electron microscope (SEM) , energy disperse spectroscopy (EDS) and metallographic microscope. Conformity ratio of ultrasonic flaw detection is improved by means of plate piling for slow eoohng after rolling. The mechanism of ultrasonic flaw detection is described by comparison.
