文章首先论述了什么是性向与专业性向,然后指出了图书馆员专业性向的内涵及所涵盖的几个方面,最后阐明了图书馆员专业性向的特征。
The paper introduces what is aptitude and professional aptitude,and points out the concept of librarians＇ professional aptitude as well as the structure of it.Finally it interprets the characteristics of librarians＇ professional aptitude.
