摘要
简要综述了近几十年来国内外有关心血管调节肽在+GZ应激下变化的文献,重点回顾了不同的+GZ作用方式,着/不着抗荷服和不同飞行条件心血管调节肽含量的变化等问题;并简要讨论了+GZ下的血液动力学改变,心理应激及其他因素对心血管调节肽可能产生的影响;指出了研究+GZ应激下心血管调节肽的变化在进行飞行员心血管调节功能评定中的意义。
In this paper, the reports on the changes of cardiovascular peptides under +G Z stress in recent years home and abroad were summarized. The focal points were the changes of cardiovascular peptides induced by different +G Z profiles, with or without anti G suit. The probable influence of hymodynamic change under +G Z stress, psychological stress and other flight factors on the changes of cardiovascular peptides were also briefly discussed. The significance of this study in the evaluation of pilots cardiovascular regulatory function was pointed out.
