摘要
通过自行合成阻燃剂,并采用不同阻燃处理方式制造胶合板。结果表明:压制的胶合板阻燃和环保性能改善明显,阻燃剂对胶合强度有不同程度的降低,但物理力学性能基本均能满足Ⅱ类胶合板要求,甲醛释放量均达到了E0级≤0.5 mg/L的最高要求,降醛幅度最高达98%,氧指数最高可达60%以上,烟密度符合国家标准中≤75的规定。
Through synthesizing fire retardant personally,this paper performs some experiments of adopting different fire retardant treatment methods to manufacture plywood.The result shows that plywood improves the performances of fire retardant and environment protection remarkably.The fire retardant had different degree of effects on bonding strength,but the physical and mechanical quality of the plywood could still reach national standard for typeⅡplywood:quantity of formaldehyde emission meets the highest demand of E0 level(≤0.5 mg/L),the fire retardant could reduce free formaldehyde by 98 %,the oxygen index could be above 60 %,and smoke density also fulfills the national prescription(≤75).
