摘要
目的探讨护理流程再造在母婴保健院中的应用方法及效果,从而提升护理服务质量。方法 针对母婴保健护理流程中存在的薄弱环节及容易疏忽的环节进行了流程再造。结果护理流程再造实施6个月后,患者的门诊平均等候时间较流程再造前缩短,患者满意度较流程再造前提高。结论护理流程再造的实施,有利于规范护士行为,提升护理服务品质,提高患者满意度。
Objective To explore the application effects of nursing process reengineering in maternity infant hospital so as to improve the nursing quality.Methods The nursing process was reengineered for the weakness and the easily neglected.Results After 6 months' nursing process reengineering,the average outpatient waiting time of patients was reduced while the patients' satisfaction was increased than before.Conclusion The implementation of nursing process reengineering will help standardize the behavior of nurses,enhance the quality of nursing and improve patient's satisfaction.
