摘要
"反规划"基于尊重自然的思想,关注生态资源维护与生物多样性保护,将开发控制作为规划的重点,提供了一个全新的城市森林景区的开发思路。在"反规划"理念的指导下,城市森林景区的规划与开发将更加重视生态基础设施建设而非旅游基础设施建设,从而更有效地实现了景区的森林生态系统服务功能。因此,"反规划"视角下的城市森林景区生态规划可以作为城市化高速发展背景下平衡自然资源保护和生态旅游开发的有效手段,能够构建城市森林景区生态安全格局,促进城市生态旅游的健康持续发展。
Anti-planning stemmed from the idea of new perspective for urban forest tourism by emp protecting the nature and biodiversity. It provides a hasizing development control. Under the guidance of the idea of anti-planning, the plan and development of urban forest tourism shifted from tourism infrastructure construction to ecological infrastructure construction, therefore the function of the ecosystem service will be reinforced. Anti-planning, as an effective way to balance the natural resources and tourism development, can help to establish sound ecological system of urban forests and boost a healthy and sustainable development in eco-tourism.
