摘要
针对凸轮轴数控磨削加工过程中工艺方案选择困难等问题,在集成粗糙集理论及基于实例推理各自优点的基础上,提出一种新的粗糙集—基于实例推理(Roughset-case-based reasoning,RS-CBR)凸轮轴数控磨削工艺专家系统。在该系统中,利用粗糙集理论的离散和约简算法实现对工艺特征属性权重的自动计算,利用基于实例推理方法实现对加工实例相似度的计算。在CNC8312A数控高速凸轮轴磨床上进行试验加工,采用均匀设计原理安排试验方案,采集多组工艺实例建立工艺实例库,构建凸轮轴数控磨削RS-CBR模型,进行磨削方案的智能匹配试验。将匹配成功的工艺实例用于生产实际,获得良好的效果。
For the difficult issues of process selection about NC camshaft grinding,on the basis of synthesizing the advantages of rough set (RS) theory and case-based reasoning (CBR),a new RS-CBR process expert system is put forward. In the system,the discrete algorithm and its reduction of RS is used to carry out automatic calculation of process feature attribute weights; the CBR is used to calculate the similarity of process cases. A series of experiments are accomplished by using uniform design principle on CNC8312A NC camshaft grinder,and several groups of data are obtained to establish process case database. On this basis,the RS-CBR model of NC camshaft grinding is established to match grinding process intelligently. A satisfied result is obtained by applying the matched process case to actual production.
