摘要
测量了整体X光会聚透镜的性能.对于Mo—Ka线,透镜焦斑直径(FWHM)为30μm.与没有透镜仅使用光栏相比,功率密度增益优于2000.与功率约为1W的细聚焦Mo靶X光管相配合用于微束X射线荧光(MXRF)分析时,中重元素(Cr,Fe)的最小探测极限达到0.5pg.
The performance of new monolithic X-ray focusing lens is measured.For Mo-Kaline,the focal spot diameter of the lens is 30um.Compared with an aperture without thelens,a power density gain of more than 2000 is achieved.For the medium and heavy elemets(Cr, Fe), the minimum detection limit of 0.5 is obtained with a 1W fine focusing Mo Xray tube.
