摘要
本文在我国建立和谐社会以及党中央人才强国战略的大背景下,详细研究了国外高职院校人才培养四种模式,并分析其特点;详细阐述了我国现行的典型的四种高职人才培养模式,最后结合时代发展需要所对高职院校人才培养模式的创新性要求,提出了三种我国高职教育在人才培养方面应重视的建议。
This paper focuses on the four foreign talent training modes in higher vocational education and analyses its characteristics,under the background of the our country’s building of a harmonious society and the Party Central Committee’s constructing in favor of person;the four talent training modes in higher vocational education under the current capital condition are described in detail;Finally,with the combination of Creative request of the talent training mode to meet the need of era,gives three suggestions for training qualified people in the talent training modes in higher vocational education.
