摘要
目的报告80颗前磨牙畸形中央尖牙齿的治疗体会,探讨其有效的治疗方案。方法诊治80例患牙中,根据不同的发病情况而采取相应多次调磨法、直接盖髓法、活髓切断术、根尖诱导成形术及常规根管治疗。观察患者的咀嚼功能、X片检查患者的牙根成形情况。结果经l～4年疗效观察,80例患者中,治愈保留的患牙70例,总有效率87.3%。失败病例90%是因为冠根髓感染,病程长延误治疗时机引起。结论畸形中央尖应根据临床的不同发病情况,而采用不同的治疗方案。同时应尽早发现及时治疗,促使牙根发育完成。
Objective Reported in our hospital on 80 premolar teeth deformity treatment of the central point to explore the effective treatment.Methods Diagnosis and treatment of 80 patients with teeth in our hospital, according to the incidence of different circumstances take several fiat grinding method, method of direct pulp capping, pulpotomy, Apexification and conventional root canal treatment.Observation of the masticatory function, X film examination in patients with apical situation.Results The 1--4 years of observation, 80 patients, 70 patients were cured to retain the teeth, the total effective rate 87.3%.90% of cases failed because of crown pulp infection with long duration of time caused by delayed treatment.Conclusion Abnormal central point should be based on the different clinical incidence, and different treatment.Taking early detection and timely treatment to promote root development complete.
