摘要
应用太原理工大学块煤热解试验系统对单轴应力状态下贫瘦煤热解的产气规律做了研究。得出如下结论:热解气体产量随着温度的增加是不断增加的,但每个温度段增加的总量有所不同,310℃时最大;由热解气体产生的趋势分析可知,热解气体的产生并不是一直在增加,存在热解气体产生的瓶颈问题,突破瓶颈热解气体产量会有所增长;平均产气速率也存在温度瓶颈问题,但从产气速率的角度而言,280℃和310℃是这个煤样工业应用阶段应该关注的温度段。
Detailed study on the pyrolysis gas producing rule of meager lean coal in uniaxial stress is undertaken by using the lump coal pyrolysis experimental system of Taiyuan University of Technology.The following conclusions are obtained.The pyrolysis gas output is increased continuously with temperature.But the total increments are different in different temperature ranges with the largest amount at 310℃.From the changing trend of pyrolysis gas output,the pyrolysis gas output is not always increasing.The temperature bottleneck exists in this process.The output will further increase if the temperature bottleneck is broke through.The temperature bottleneck problem is also seen in the average rate of pyrolysis gas output rate.The temperature range at 280℃ and 310℃ are those to which more attention shall be paid during industrial application stage.
