摘要
针对合金化渗氮的组织性能进行了研究。研究结果表明,合金化渗氮可形成高硬度、低脆性(I级)和致密的渗层;40Cr钢合金化渗氮后的接触疲劳强度与常规气体氮碳共渗相比提高83.33%。
The structure property of alloying nitriding is studied .The result shows that compact nitrided layer with high hardness and low brittleness (I lever) is formed by alloying nitriding. The contact fatigue strength of 40Cr steel by alloying nitriding is higher by 83.33% than that by gas ferrite nitrocarburising.
