摘要
目的为了延缓和克服蚊虫抗性的发生和发展,更好地选用卫生杀虫剂控制蚊虫,测定了常用杀虫剂对现场淡色库蚊幼虫的敏感性及其与90%氧化胡椒基丁醚(S1)、95%增效胺(mgK264)增效作用。方法采用WHO生物测试法,计算LC50回归方程、增效系数。结果淡色库蚊对5种杀虫剂均产生了不同程度的抗性。S,和mgK264两种增效剂分别与DDVP、残杀威、氯氰菊酯复配,增效系数分别在3.78—7.54、2.79—4.86、4.25—7.00与1.31—2.88、2.09~3.44、2.89-4.61之间,对杀虫剂均显示出较好的增效作用。结论当淡色库蚊产生抗药性后,采用杀虫剂与增效剂混用的方法,可起到较好的灭蚊效果。
Objective To control vector mosquitoes by rational use of insecticides as well as to delay or over-come the occurrence and development of resistance. Methods The efficacy of several commonly used insecti-cide mixtures was tested by larval bioassays recommended by WHO on Culex pipiens pallens in field to calcu-late LC50, regression equation and synergistic coefficients. Results Culex pipiens pallens was resistant tofive insecticides at some degree. The mosquito synergistic coefficients of S1 and mgK264 mixed with DDVP,propoxur and cypermethrin were 3.78 - 7.54, 2. 79 - 4. 86, 4. 25 - 7.00 and 1.31 - 2. 88, 2. 09 - 3.44,2. 89 -4. 63 respectively. Conclusion After the mosquitoes yielded resistance to insecticide, the mixed useof insecticides with synergists might provide better efficacy to kill Culex pipiens paUens in field.
