摘要
报道8%烯效唑微乳剂(ME)的制备方法。以m(甲醇):m(乙酸乙酯)=3:5为溶剂,以ME-A为乳化剂,异丁醇为助表面活性剂,乙二醇为防冻剂,自来水为介质配制的烯效唑ME,经热贮、冷藏稳定性等测定,各项质量指标合格。其优越性显著高于烯效唑可湿性粉剂(WP)。
A new formulation of 8 % uniconazole microemulsion （ME） was reported. The best solvent was the mixture of methanol and ethyl acetate（3：5 ,m/m） ;the emulsifier was ME - A and isobutyl alcohol as the assistant of surfactant, ethylene glycol as the antifreezing agent, and the other component was tap water. Main specifications of 8% uniconazole ME for the physical and chemical stability were tested after high and low temperature storage. The results indicated that all specifications were up to grade . Its superiority was better than uniconazole WP.
