摘要
以克雷伯杆菌AS1.1639和克雷伯杆菌ATCC15380为出发菌株,通过原生质体融合,筛选得到具有二亲本优良性状的高产菌株。摇瓶传代培养和5L罐发酵实验证明筛选出的融合子具有一定的遗传稳定性。200L和2000L罐的放大实验结果表明,1,3-丙二醇的产量能达到80g/L,转化率达70%。
The overproducing strain was constructed by methods of protoplast fusion with Klebsiella pneumoniae AS1. 1639 and ATCC15380 as the parents strain. The fusant had genetic stability after cultured for several generations and in 5 L fermenter. 1, 3 - propanediol production was about 80 g/L and glycerol translation rate was 70% in 200 L and 2000L fermenter.
