摘要
以烯丙基-β-环糊精、甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯和乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯为功能单体,一步键合制备了环糊精聚合物毛细管整体柱.在电色谱模式下18种氨基酸对映体得到成功分离.研究发现,将修饰的环糊精衍生物作为功能单体制备出的毛细管整体柱对疏水性,含氨基和苯环的手性化合物具有良好的保留行为,并具有良好的稳定性和重现性.新型电色谱柱也被应用于手性药物的分离.
Allyl-β-cyclodextrin chiral monolithic capillary electrochromatography column was prepared by one-step reaction with allyl-β-cyclodextrin(allyl-β-CD) ,glycidyl methacrylate and ethylene glycol dimethacrylate as functional monomers.In capillary electrochromatography(CEC) mode,18 kinds of amino acid enantiomers were separated successfully.The study found that the capillary monolithic column prepared by modified CD derivatives as the functional monomer had good retention ability to hydrophobic chiral compounds containing amido or benzene ring.Meanwhile,it had good stability and reproducibility.The new column had also been applied to separation of chiral drugs.
