Relationship between Interleukin-17 and Several Common Autoimmune Dieases in Children

摘要 IL-17是新近发现的一种前炎性细胞因子,具有强大的促炎作用,其与小儿常见的几种自身免疫性疾病的发病有关。现将近年来关于IL-17的结构、信号转导、生物学特性以及其与川崎病、幼年特发性关节炎、系统性红斑狼疮和过敏性紫癜的关系作一综述。 Interleukin-17 is a potent proinflammatory cytokin related to the pathogenesis of several common autoimmune diseases in children including Kawasaki disease,juvenile idiopathic arthritis,systemic lupus erythematosus and Henoch-Schonlein purpura.
