摘要
在对对心型低脉动度脉动式无级变速器的样机进行性能测试试验分析基础上,得出了在空载和负载时的脉动度与传动效率曲线,分析得出该无级变速器具有调速范围大、脉动度低、效率较高的特点,同时针对设计存在的不足提出了改进方案.
Based on the analysis of performance tests of the sample machines of in - line impulse CVT (continuously variable transmission), this article has obtained its impulsion rate curve and transmissioncurve both under load and with load. A conclusion that this kind of CVT has large ranges of rate, low impulsion rate and high efficiency has been made and improved schemes of the machine are explainedto its shortcomings.
