摘要
研究了机械合金化制备的MmNi5-x(CoAlMn)x/Mg纳米晶复合储氢合金的吸氢特性。通过测定不同镁含量的MmNi5-x(CoAlMn)x/Mg纳米晶复合储氢合金的吸氢PCT曲线,考察了镁含量对其吸氢特性的影响。根据对吸氢速度的测定研究了机械合金化对储氢合金的吸氢动力学特性的影响。机械合金化制备的纳米晶复合储氢合金的活化性能与MmNiM5-x(CoAlMn)x铸态合金相比有较大的提高,不需活化或只需一次活化即可吸氢,吸氢量及吸氢的动力学性能与铸态合金相比也有很大的提高。最后对机械合金化形成的纳米晶吸氢特性进行了分析。
The hydrogen absorption property of MmNi5-x(CoAlMn)x/Mg nanocrystalline hydrogen storage composite prepared by mechanical alloying (MA) was studied. The influence of Mg content on the hydrogen absorption property was evaluated by measuring the hydrogen absorption PCT curve. According to the hydrogen absorption rate test, The effect of the MA process on the of the hydrogen absorption kinetics was also studied. The study indicated that the nanocrystalline hydrogen storage composite has very good activation property. Only one time activation treatment cycle or no activation treatment is required for the composite prepared by MA. Hydrogen absorbed quantity and the kinetics also improve than the ascast MmM5 alloys. Finally, the hydrogen absorption property was discussed according to the microstructure characters of nanocrystalline materials prepared by MA.
