摘要
研制成功一种可用于分光光度计检定和校准的紫外-可见-近红外光区透射比标准物质。介绍了光度计量标准器的制作。在大量实验数据的基础上,对影响不确定度的因素进行了分析。与国外同类标准物质的主要性能指标作了对比。
A new transmittance standard material of UV-VIS-NIR region has been developed for the testing and calibration of spectropho- tometers. The making of the standard is described. The factors affecting the uncertainty of the standard are discussed in detail based on experimental data. The main specifications of the standard are compared with those of several foreign standards.
