摘要
介绍了原子光谱分析(原子吸收光谱、等离子体发射光谱及等离子体质谱等)中液体和固体样品的处理技术及其进展,重点介绍了几种新的、特别是用于元素形态分析的样品处理技术,如超临界萃取、亚临界水萃取、加速溶剂萃取、微波辅助萃取以及超声波辅助萃取等。
Techniques for preparing liquid and solid samples for atomic spectrometric analysis (atomic absorption spectrometry, plasma emission spectrometry, spectrometry,plasma mass spectrometry, etc. ) are reviewed. Several new techniques, especially those used for elemental spectiation analysis, are described emphatically, including supercritical fluid extraction, subcritical water extration accelerated solvent extraction, microwave assisted process and ultrasonic extraction.
