摘要 集成电路反向工程的行为一直存在知识产权争议。本文通过逐一分析集成电路反向工程所涉及的商业秘密、集成电路布图设计专有权、著作权、专利权等知识产权问题,探讨了反向工程的限制条件,以及如何利用知识产权手段制约他人对自己设计的模仿。 This paper focused on the IPR issues about Reverse Engineering of IC.On the ground of analysis of these issues,some suggestions how to ensure the legitimacy of Reverse Engineering and how to prevent the imitation with the protection of IPR were proposed.
