摘要
目的探讨青少年颈椎病的临床特点和影像表现。方法选取本院86例经临床确诊的青少年颈椎病患者的影像资料,对其临床特点和影像学改变进行分析对比。结果 86例患者,其影像表现主要为颈椎生理曲度改变和颈椎失稳。结论青少年颈椎病在X线平片上具有其特征性,生理曲度的影像表现对诊断青少年颈椎病具有重要意义。
Objective To investigate the clinical features of juvenile cervical and imaging performance. Methods Imaging data of 86 patients with clinically confirmed as cervical spine were chosen to compare their clinical features and imaging changes. Results The images of 86 cases showed the major changes in the cervical lordosis and cervical spine instability. Conclusion Young cervical X-ray film has its characteristics. Physiological curvature of the imaging performance is important in the diagnosis of cervical disease in young people.
