摘要
目的考察全国各地17批香附有效成分的含量,为香附的质量标准提供一定的依据。方法采用蒸馏法测定不同产地香附总挥发性油含量,同时采用HPLC测定α-香附酮的含量,实验以kromasilC18(200mm×4.6mm5μm)为色谱柱;流动相:甲醇-水(80:20);流速:1.0ml/min;柱温:30℃;检验波长:250nm。结果α-香附酮在0.104μg~1.248μg的线性关系良好;平均回收率为99.2%,RSD为1.6%。结论不同产地的香附中的α-香附酮含量差异较大,而总挥发油含量在0.644%~1.370%之间。
Objective To study the content of 17 batches ofRhizorna Cyperi in different producing areas of the country in order to provide some academic basis for quality criterion ofRhizoma Cyperi. Methods Using the methods of distillation to determine the content of total volatile oil ofRhizoma Cyperi in different origin. Using the methods of HPLC to determine the content ofα-Cyperone in different areas ofRhizoma Cyperi. This method was established on a Kromasil C18 column (200 mm ×4.6 mm 5 μm) with the mobile phase consisting of methanol-water (80 : 20) and flow rate of 1.0 ml/min and the temperature at 30 ℃, the detection wavelength was 250 nm. Results The calibration curves showed good linearity in the range of 0.104μg - 1.248/μg of α-Cyperone. And the average recovery for α-Cyperone was 99.2%, the RSD was 1.6%. Conclusion The content of α-Cyperone is significantly different in Rhizoma Cyperi of different areas and the content of total volatile oil is between 0.644% - 1.370%.
