摘要
试验研究了6种金属离子在不同浓度梯度下对人参锈腐病菌孢子萌发和菌落生长的影响。结果表明:Fe2+、Mn2+、Mg2+、Ca2+、Cu2+、Zn2+对孢子萌发均有不同程度的抑制作用。当离子浓度>0.5μg/mL时孢子不能萌发;Fe2+、Mn2+、Cu2+、Zn2+对人参锈腐病菌菌落生长具有抑制作用,且浓度越高抑制作用越强。
Effect of six kinds of metallic cations on conidia germination and colony growth of Cylindrocarpon destructans (Zinss) Schohen were studied. The result showed that Fe^2 + , Mn^2 +, Mg^2 + , Ca^2 + , Cu^2 + and Zn^2 + at the different concentration inhibited conidia germination respectively. When concentration is 0.5 μg/mL, the conidia can not germinate. Fe^2 +, Mn^2 + , Cu^2 + and Zn^2 + at the different concentration inhibited colony growth, and the effect became stronger with the increase of concentration.
