摘要
分析了低频周向振动钻削切削力,基于控制原理的思想建立了低频周向振动钻床主轴系统等刚度动态力学模型,提出低频周向振动钻削时激振器输出振幅与钻头振幅之间的关系,为周向振动钻削系统设计和振动参数选择提供理论支持。
Low-frequency peripheral vibration drilling cutting force was analyzed.Equivalent stiffness dynamic mechanical model of low-frequency peripheral vibration drilling spindle system based on control system idea was established,and the relationship between the amplitude output by vibration exciter and the drill bit amplitude was put forward when the low-frequency vibration drilling was conducted,The relationship could provide theoretical supports during designing peripheral vibration system and selecting vibration parameters.
