摘要
利用热网络法和流体网络法对发动机舱进行热仿真。建立了飞行器发动机舱各部件与其内外流体之间的网络关系及仿真模型,并进行耦合求解,得到此发动机舱各部件不同位置的温度分布。根据所得的数据对发动机舱各部件受热后对工作性能的影响进行分析,对非耐热部件的热防护与热控进行分析与设计,为使发动机各个部件能够在比较理想的环境下工作,提出了表面抛光、加隔热层以及组合隔热等3种优化方案并进行仿真。
Thermal network and fluid network method is used to simulate thermal field of the engine cabin.The temperature distribution of the engine cabins components is abtained.And a simultaneousl simulation model and cyber-relation between the component of the engine cabins and the flow was created.The influence of the performance after heating the component according the simulated data was analysed.Thermal protection and control of the nonrefractory component is analyzed and designed.The optimum proposal that samples the surface,thermal insulating layer was developed in order for the component to work in better conditions The result provided reference for the Engine Cabins layout design.
