摘要
为提高我院创伤骨科护理管理质量,我们引入了量化绩效考核方式,通过对考核内容进行分解,制定标准表格逐项量化,并将量化考核结果与晋升评优,培训深造,人才储备,薪酬调整等相结合,极大地调动了护士的工作热情,收到满意的效果。量化绩效考核模式值得进一步推广应用。
To improve the nurse management quality in the department of orthopedics in our hospital, we established the model of quantitative performance assessment in the work of nurse through decomposing performance appraisal content, laying down the standard table for quantitation and setting relationship between the performance appraisal result and promotion, more treatment and salary of nurse. The application of quantitative performance assessment promoted work enthusiasm of nurse and had a satisfied result. This model is worthy of being further expanded.
