摘要
济钢第二炼钢厂在方坯连铸机上应用交流变频装置,通过设定频率给定增益值实现用一个给定信号完成拉速与振频的最佳匹配,实现对铸机传动系统的调速,并解决自动送引锭、控制拉矫机抱闸等问题。与直流调速系统相比,采用变频调速装置可节省投资费用,减少生产事故;提高铸机作业率,提高铸坯表面质量;节能降耗。
Alternating current transferring frequency regulation speed device
is used in square billet continuous casting machine in No.2 steelmaking works of Jinan iron and
steel group.Through setting frequency giving gain value,the optimizing matching of drawing
speed with oscillation frequency to use a set signal can be achieved,the regulation speed for
transmission system of continuous casting machine can be achieved,and some quentions of
automatical feedingdrawing steel ingot and controlling electric machine bandtype brake of
withdrawal straightening stands,etc,can be solved.Compared with the direct current regulation
speed system this system can save of cost of equipment investment,can reduce the production
accident,can increase the operating rate of continuous casting machine,and can increase the
surface quality of billet.
