320排CT造影剂跟踪技术在肾血管造影中的应用 被引量:4

The application of aquilion one contrast medium tracing technology to the kidney angiography

摘要 目的探讨320排CT(Aquilion One)造影剂自动跟踪技术在肾血管造影(CTA)中的应用价值。方法应用Aquilion One 320排CT对100例有临床症状患者进行宽探测器平台下容积(VOLUM)扫描或螺旋(HELICAL)扫描,A组病例采用Aquilion One造影剂自动跟踪技术50例,B组病例未采用自动跟踪技术50例,所有数据在附台随机强大的后处理软件进行血管三维重建,然后对CTA图像显示效果进行对照分析。结果采用自动跟踪技术的A组肾CTA的造影成功率及图像质量优于未采用自动跟踪技术的B组,A组明显优于B组(P<0.05)。结论肾CTA常规采用自动跟踪技术可提高肾供血血管CT成像的成功率并提高其图像质量。利于肾脏病变的诊断并为临床制定治疗方案提供可靠的依据。 Objective To study the value of contrast medium tracing technology in the application of Aquilion One 320 Slice CT to the kidney angiography.Methods 100 patients with clinic symptoms were scanned on the wide detective platform with volum and helical scanning.The 50 patients were divided into group A who underwent the automatic tracing technology and group B(other 50 patients) underwent normal technology.The three-dimensional images of blood vessel was reconstructed with Aquilion One data processing ability for the contrast of CTA images between the two groups.Results The quality of image and the rate of forming image of Group A was clearer and higher than Group B.Conclusion It can improve the quality of images and can increase the rate of forming image for kidney blood vessel scanning with the automatic tracing technology which will be helpful for the diagnoses of kidney pathology and will be used as a good basis for clinic treatments.
